been supporting users for our clients since before the
term "outsourcing" was used.
Supporting users means more than just
supporting software, networks, etc. Supporting
users means we learn how YOU work and support
your entire system, methods and procedures.
We learn YOUR systems and procedures and function
as part of your staff rather than as an outside
support organization.
We are located on Long Island and serve the
entire New York metropolitan area. While we
find that much of our work can be done on the phone
and internet, we come on-site whenever the situation
requires it.
